Inside Sales Representative
Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals, a rapidly growing, industry-leading pharmaceutical compounder, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.
As part of our customer engagement team, the primary responsibility is to strengthen relationships with current customers and partner with our Sales Team to maximize revenue opportunities and other sales initiatives.
The primary focus in this position is to deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience across all stages of the customer’s journey.
This position will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be based in Irving, TX. The hours for this position are M-F, 8 am - 5 pm.
Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Representative will provide support for the Sales Team with new acquisitions, account maintenance and reporting.
This position requires a friendly, engaging demeanor and impeccable communication skills.
Compensation :
The Inside Sales Representative will receive an annual salary, and 1% commission of new sales generated by their assigned Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
Job Activities and Responsibilities :
- Engage with current customers to setup monthly standing orders.
- Research new lead opportunities for sales.
- Appointment scheduling for sales.
- Manage customer surveys and responses.
- Prepare monthly reports for sales revenue, customer retention and surveys.
- Update customer accounts in salesforce regarding regulatory, contact and / or shipping changes.
- Perform system clean up in salesforce to ensure data integrity which includes but is not limited to merging duplicate accounts, inactivating accounts and contacts, updating contact information, entry errors and missing information on the account.
- Serve as a back-up to customer service by answering phones and taking orders from customers.
- Support sales with any enrollment questions, new lead entry, additional contact information and introductory emails.
- Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports in Salesforce.
- Record sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Sales Support or Inside Sales experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- PC skills in Windows-based applications.
