• Required Certifications : State licensed
• Required Skills : Inpatient / Acute care, Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring, Warfarin Dosing

Job Details :

• Pay : $2906.05 / week - $3098.85 / week
• Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
• Shift : 5, 8-Hour 08 : 00 - 20 : 00
• At least one year of experience required
