Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Recruiter!
Responsibilities :
- Place job ads through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other resources
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews with managers based on their availability.
- Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Conducts background checks and is responsible for acquiring and tracking any clearances new hires may need.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff during the offer process
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends weekly meetings and presents recruiting stats and statuses
- Assist with HR and administrative tasks
- Answers and transfers inbound phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Administer employment and personnel related information into HR program new hire paperwork files, terminations, change of address, local tax jurisdiction etc.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Prior recruiting, inside sales, administrative or phone experience preferred
- Multi-tasking skills
