Part-Time Executive Personal Assistant for UHNW English Entrepreneur
Location : West Los Angeles
Start Date : February 1, 2024 (or so)
Work Schedule : Flexible 5 days a week, 11 am 4 pm or Full days on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Salary : Depending on Experience (DOE)
An exceptional opportunity awaits for a dynamic, polished, and sophisticated Part-Time Executive Personal Assistant to support a distinguished English entrepreneur who is relocating to Los Angeles while maintaining her residence in London.
The role allows for remote work with occasional in-person requirements.
Responsibilities :
Assist with relocation needs from the UK, including importing the dog and managing paperwork.
Facilitate the purchase or transportation of a vehicle in LA.
Establish efficient systems for home and business requirements.
Collaborate with the London-based EA to navigate visa processes.
Conduct research for potential business acquisitions in Los Angeles.
Assist in the purchase of a new home, including research and coordination.
Facilitate research for classes the entrepreneur plans to attend.
Provide support for design and furniture needs.
Handle errands and home stocking responsibilities.
Manage general administrative tasks and paperwork.
Schedule appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements.
Utilize knowledge of West LA to make referrals for doctors and other vendors.
Assist with dog walking and veterinary needs.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to UHNW individuals.
Proactive and self-reliant approach, capable of staying in their own lane.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and follow-through abilities.
Knowledge of West LA and the ability to make local referrals.
Esteemed experience with a humble attitude, recognizing no task is too big or small.
