A growing and dynamic home health company is seeking a growth-oriented CFO to handle the accounting and financial duties of the Company.
This person will handle the day-to-day financial actions of the company, oversee billings and collections, develop plans, budgets, forecasts to guide management decisions.
This position will work directly with ownership to help continue the rapid growth of the Company. This person will provide leadership and coordination for both accounting and administrative efforts of the Company.
They will analyze cash flows, cost controls and expenses and help the President and CEO make strategic decisions on a daily basis.
This person will also work with their outside CPA firm to obtain financial statements and getting tax returns completed.
The Company is looking for a high energy, level headed problem solver, who works very well in a team atmosphere and has strong communication skills.
An accounting degree with relevant work experience is required and a CPA license is preferred. A strong background in understanding AR and AP functions, general ledger reconciliations and month end closings is essential.
Proficiencies in Excel, QuickBooks and ability to work with outside billing companies and their software is preferred.
