Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Application Program Manager / Account Manager to serve as a key liaison between our team and our valued clients.
You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving successful outcomes throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within our organization.
Project Management : Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) : Collaborate with clients to develop and manage SLAs and operating-level agreements that define service expectations and performance standards.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to facilitate project coordination, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications : Excellent Communication Skills : 5+ years of experience working with large enterprise clients (500+ employees), with a proven ability to ensure client engagement and approval throughout the project lifecycle.
Web Development Expertise : Deep understanding of website creation best practices and industry standards, including experience ensuring adherence to standards during large-scale CMS redesigns.
SLA / OLA Development : 3+ years of experience writing and managing SLAs and / or operating-level agreements for content management systems or enterprise-level websites.
