Customer Service Representative
BILINGUAL FRENCH IS A MUST
100% on site in Norwood, NJ (possible Hybrid opportunity)
Direct Hire- $22.00 an hour
Call Center environment- Customer Service position - fast-paced wholesale Footwear manufacturer
Duties include : heavy inbound calls; advising customers regarding product recommendations and order / return status; email correspondence to answer customer inquiries; order taking.
Previous Call Center / Chat Center experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- a must.
Hours : 8 : 30-5 : 30
Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
