Fort Brewery and Pizza is a Fort Worth, TX born and raised company. We purchased an existing business in 2018 and completely re-branded it and brought in a family culture with a start-up swagger.
The beers are all fresh in style and pizza is all done from scratch. We are building for growth so we need the right minded partners to join the family.
Description
We are looking looking for a employees to be an integral part of the daily operations of Fort Brewery. You will be responsible for consistent execution of systems and standards to provide our guests with the highest quality of products.
You must adhere to all Fort Brewery's recipes while preparing and / or cooking any items on our menu. We are held to a higher standards of food quality, and presentation.
We are a brewery and from scratch pizza establishment that is building for growth over the coming years. The hardest part of autonomy is being self-motivated, so if that doesn't concern you apply to join our team.
Texas Monthly picked us as the #3 brew pub in the state of Texas and we want to be #1 next time the list comes out.
Responsibilities
- Professional communication
- Ability to complete daily tasks and assigned duties
- Kitchen setup and breakdown
- Cleanness of the workspace
- Receiving and rotation of food and brewery supplies
- Adhering to food quality standards
- Ensure proper presentation of menu items to guests
- Adhering to Fort Brewery's recipes
- Following guidelines for proper food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Knowledge of safe food handling process as well as sanitation
- Ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to learn the menus
- Ability to work with restaurant equipment
- Knowledge of equipment safety
- Reliable transportation.
