Job Title

We do not have an official job description, but the primary responsibilities include filing and handling COVID-19 Hotline calls including providing instruction and tracking calls via Excel. Experience in filing, managing incoming calls and using Excel would all be required. The duration is TBD but I would estimate at least three months.
