JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Production / Construction Manager
Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years experience in construction trades.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma is a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Project management experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in the construction industry - Framing, siding, roofing preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- VERY organized and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
SCHEDULE
We currently work (4) 10-hour days - Monday - Thursday 7 : 00 - 5 : 00. You get a 3-day weekend every week!
PAY RATE
Pay ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year plus quarterly production bonuses, depending on experience.
BONUSES
Additional quarterly production bonuses.
