Maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Association. Ensures mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition.
Interact with residents and vendors in customer service-oriented fashion. Have initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Communicate issues of day-to-day operations. Perform all work in a workman like fashion and conduction yourself in a professional manner.

Pay rate : $18.50p / h
