Dual Licensed Massage Therapist / Esthetician
Compensation : Commission
Reports to : Assistant Director of Wellness
Established in 1920, Brook Hollow Golf Club enjoys a strong reputation as one of Dallas' most historic and exclusive private clubs.
World-class facilities including a fully renovated golf course that was completed in 2020, a sports complex for tennis, pickleball, wellness and swimming, and a famed ballroom in which are presented some of Dallas' most memorable and fashionable social events.
We are a high-end service golf operation looking for highly energetic, team-oriented members to provide the best possible service for a high-profile membership.
We are seeking to add a Part-Time Dual Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician to our elite Wellness team. We are looking for an individual who can provide a full range of massage modalities to contribute to the members first-class experience and assist them to reach their wellness goals.
The ideal candidate will focus on providing our private clientele with luxurious treatments. They should be well versed and have extensive knowledge of Skin Cuticles skin care line, waxing services, deep tissue, therapeutic and prenatal massage skills.
Job Responsibilities / Requirements :
- Performs massage therapy and touch modalities, which include Deep Tissue, Sport, ART, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Prenatal and Reflexology
- Providing waxing, facials, body treatments, and makeup applications and lessons
- Welcoming clients in a warm / friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely upon departure
- Follows HIPAA compliance
- Maintains annual CEU credentials and provides management with appropriate licensing
- Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment
- Maintains and increases knowledge of massage therapy treatments
- Communicates and works effectively with co-workers
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled work time and may be required to stay 15 minutes after to prepare room for next client
- At least 5 years of high-profile experience
Core Competencies :
- Knowledge of Texas Health Regulation
- A current valid Texas State massage license required
- Ability to explain various treatments / services to members & guests
- Customer service experience, preferably in a spa.
- Two - Five years of previous massage therapy experience is preferred
- This position is part-time or based on the number of sessions scheduled per week.
- Must have a great personality and great work ethic.
