Requirements / Qualifications

• Credential
• Single Subject : Single Subject : Dance , or Physical Education Credential authorization issued prior to 1 / 1 / 2022 or equivalent.

• If Intern eligible, upload an Intern Eligibility Letter. Intern applicants must include exam results and / or proof of registration for exams (i.e. CSET, RICA, TPA).

• Transcripts
• Please submit official transcripts showing completion of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
• Out of country transcripts may be submitted along with an evaluation from an agency approved by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
