Responsibilities :
- 10+ years' experience required
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- keeping records of transactions to ensure that all legal requirements are met and that the correct data is recorded.
- Complete KYC on boarding for new and pre-exiting customer (KYC Refresh) by reviewing client documentation, vendor databases, and data entered into proprietary
- Examine transaction records for precision and agreement with other system records
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Requirements :
- Perform the required KYC screening on new clients by documenting and corroborating the information obtained on the client as required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
