The role covers a wide range of HR functions, including planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
The salary range will be $65,000 - $80,000 DOE with 100% employee-paid health insurance along with other strong benefits for the selected candidate!

Responsibilities :
- Orchestrating the recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Collaborating closely with department heads to address their staffing needs effectively.
- Devising comprehensive recruitment strategies, including fostering partnerships with local placement agencies and exploring diverse hiring sources.
- Providing education and guidance to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
- Managing records of employee claims, recommending policy adjustments and training enhancements to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assisting in payroll preparation and maintenance, encompassing hours, deductions, rate changes, and transfers.
- Partnering with Upper Management and Team Leaders to deliver consistent leadership and managerial training sessions.
- Spearheading the development of the company's organizational culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintaining meticulous employee documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Crafting and implementing HR plans aligned with company goals, covering areas such as recruitment, promotions, orientation, compensation, and labor relations.
- Advising Team Leaders and Management on personnel issues, including terminations, conflicts resolution, and morale boosting initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to pertinent federal and state HR regulations, conducting investigations, and managing records accordingly.
- Analyzing reports from Team Leaders and Management to identify employee performance trends and training needs.
- Collaborating with Team Leaders to design and execute training programs and manuals for equipment and machinery operators.
- Evaluating industry and regulatory compensation standards to establish competitive salary structures and administer employee benefits effectively.
- Coordinating exit interviews and procedures to gather feedback and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Planning and organizing company events to promote team building and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
