The firm is looking for a talented Data Scientist who can develop and manage a curated data & analytics platform that provides intelligence and drives efficiency to the fund while becoming the industry leading analytics & data science practice, bringing a data-driven efficient to the firm.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead data-driven initiatives, providing insights and solutions that drive business efficiency and impact
- Develop and implement data models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-making
- Manage data collection, mining, and ensure high-quality, business-ready datasets
- Build and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards that deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and tools like R, SAS, or Matlab
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data in clear, actionable ways
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred :
- Experience in venture capital or the innovation economy
- Strong understanding of process improvement techniques
