Role overview Location : Yorkshire, North East, London areas
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
The role is a 100% new Hosted Telephony business role, focused on winning new logo VoIP / connectivity orders.
Key responsibilities of the role :
- Achieve monthly volume (connections) target
- Achieve monthly value monthly targets (GP)
- Develop a sustainable pipeline of winnable opportunities
- Develop strategic understanding of each opportunity, including, size, turnover, org chart, key stakeholders, objectives, decision making process
- Positively promote wider Radius Connect and Radius Group product portfolio within all customer meetings
- Become an Nfon champion
- Develop granular knowledge on NTA, Wildix, 8x8 and Gamma platforms
- Manage and set clear expectations to customers at all times (documented)
- Follow company paperwork / process guidelines
- Manage profitability in line with company guidelines
- Provide accurate forecasting
- Ensure company CRM is kept up to date at all time close date, size of opportunity, sales cycle etc.
- Gain full understanding of competitive landscape
The experience and skills that we are looking for include :
- A minimum of 3 years working within telecoms environment
- Proven track record of performing to targets
- Demonstrate ability to self-generate opportunities
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team and with a virtual regional team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commercial Acumen
- Excellent sales skills

Environment
The role is a field-based role, however there will be a regular requirement to attend customer meetings off site and to visit regional offices
