We are looking for someone like you to join our team! As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for following up with pre-qualified sales leads to close the sale (No cold calling is involved).

Responsibilities : Conduct outbound and field inbound sales calls to potential customers. Present and promote products / services to drive sales and meet targets.

Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers. Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements : Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. This is a Work From Home Position, Candidates must have the following technology Reliable internet Working Computer with a web camera MUST RESIDE IN NEW YORK STATE TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION Benefits : Competitive pay with UNCAPPED commission ( First year sales representatives earn on average $17-$24 per hour.
