Responsibilities
- Provide engaging / genuine service to all guests and team members. *
- Uphold our standard of providing great food. *
- Ensure our restaurant is always clean and comfortable for our guests. *
- Training and development of all existing and new team members. *
- Clear communication amongst Team Leads & Management Team. *
- Help open / close the restaurant when Manager or District Manager is not present. *
- Uphold all cash handling responsibilities.
- Uphold all restaurant standards (completion of checklists, steps of service, delegation of tasks / duties to team members)
- Supports the team (Managers and team members) by helping bus tables, stock restaurant supplies on the floor when needed.
