Job Description :

  • Oversee daily job site activities and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all sites.
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with the Project Manager.
  • Conduct inspections, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Travel regularly to project sites and represent the company with professionalism and leadership.

The Successful Applicant :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is a plus.
  • OSHA certification and a strong safety-first mindset.
