Job Description
Senior Accountant
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Salary : 80k - 110k
Large public company in the North Valley seeks a senior accountant with strong GAAP knowledge to join their team. Ideal candidate will have public accounting experience or will have had at least 3 years working for a publicly traded company.
Duties :
- Responsible for general ledger maintenance, reconciliation and assisting with budget processes
- Month-end reporting
- Performance analysis
- Ensures GAAP compliance
- Cost Analysis
- Variance Analysis
- Job cost reporting
- Assist with audits
Qualifications :
- BS / BA degree in accounting or finance
- Experience with ACS 842 and ASC 606
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Manufacturing experience++
