As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and direction of mechanical installation and service projects.

You will collaborate closely with project executives, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure that every project meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide overall management and direction for mechanical installation and service projects, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Work closely with project executives, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to develop project plans and meet client expectations.
• Apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance and project efficiency.
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Prevent and manage construction claims, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings and documentation to guide project teams.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of various HVAC equipment and mechanical installation processes.
• Expertise in construction claims prevention and management.
• Strong ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize employee and project performance.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to influence others.
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects.
• Foundational understanding of building systems and related trades.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of various electrical and control systems related to the plumbing trade.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
