Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our vibrant team. This role is a perfect blend of sales and service, offering you the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' experiences.

You will serve as the first point of contact for AT&T customers, providing product support, resolving issues, and identifying sales opportunities that enhance their service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to all inquiries and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Drive sales through effective communication of the latest AT&T products and services, tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device, billing, and service concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
