Staff Management is looking for motivated, detail-oriented employees like you to start with us for our full-time Forklift positions.

Starting wages for our Forklift positions are $17.16 / hr to start on 1st shift, plus $0.50 / hr extra with good attendance, shift differential, and tenure raises!

Pay Rate : $17.16 - $18.20 / hour

Duties :

Forklift Operators duties vary by department. Duties may include :

• Perform job-related tasks / duties, according to job standards.
• Operate all necessary equipment and / or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
• Properly setup all necessary equipment and / or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
• Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
• Correctly interpret operational method sheet.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of material flow tools.
• Understand visual standards and nonconforming material system.

We provide bonuses in the first 6 months as follows : $400 retention bonus after 30 days and a $500 tenure bonus after 6 months.

Position Requirements :

• Must have Forklift experience.
• Must have the ability to lift 10-45 lbs from floor to shoulder height occasionally.
• Must be able to alternate standing or sitting for up to 10 hours.
• Manual dexterity and grip strength.
• Normal or corrected vision to read directions and visually inspect parts; and to distinguish colors.
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
