Job Title : Pharmacist – Inpatient

Location : Shenandoah, IA 51601

Shift : Day, 5x8 (08 : 00 AM – 04 : 00 PM)        HPW : 40

Duration : 8 Weeks

Requirements :

  • PharmD, RPh, active IA State License
  • Minimum 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience
  • Experience with Pyxis & Altera systems

    • Details :

  • Critical Access Hospital with inpatient & retail pharmacy
  • Mainly inpatient; may float occasionally
  • Duties include Pyxis management, anticoagulation clinic, cancer center support, order verification (ER, OR, floor, infusion)
