- : Typical work week is M-F 8am-5pm, flexibility required to meet customer needs
- Hours may vary based on business needs
Description : Responsible for developing and maintaining long term customer relationships with commercial customers.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Developing and maintaining long term customer relationships that generate loans, deposits and fee incomeNegotiating commercial loan terms that are consistent with internal credit standardsObtaining customer financial information and conducting a preliminary analysis of customer needs and our ability to meet those needsWorking closely with the Commercial Credit Department to create credit presentationsPresenting customer financial information to relevant committeesCross selling all relevant bank products and services to commercial customersEffectively managing loan portfolioAny other duties as assigned.Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferred5+ years Commercial Lending experienceAbility to cross sell banking and other financial services productsExtensive knowledge of standard commercial lending practicesBanking experience and knowledge of bank systems & practices preferredAbility to make decisions with little supervision.Effective presentation skills.High level of professionalismStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act and the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
