Job Announcement Litigation Attorney
DeGolia Law P.C. is excited to announce that we are looking to hire a litigation attorney. Our firm exclusively represents plaintiffs in civil rights litigation and specializes in representing monolingual Spanish speakers and recent immigrants.

An ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of litigation experience (though all experience levels are welcome to apply), will be licensed to practice law in Colorado, and will have a demonstrated commitment to civil rights throughout their career to date.
Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred. Experience and / or ability to work with survivors of complex trauma is required.
Salary range : $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, a generous vacation / sick leave policy, a 20% referral fee for cases referred to you directly, and discretionary bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
We also offer a monthly wellness stipend, which employees can apply to activities of their choosing (e.g., gym membership, massage therapy, day spa).
The firm is currently establishing a student loan repayment program and anticipates offering student loan repayment matching as a benefit beginning in fall 2024.
The position will require in-person work at our offices in Denver, Colorado but includes flexibility for part-time remote work.
