The Job You WillPerform :
- Directthe development of compensation benefits employee relations andtraining strategies for the hospital and clinics aligning with theorganizations philosophy andpolicies.
- Lead management teamsduring contract negotiations and consult with legal counsel onunion contracts and compliancematters.
- Establish goals for theCommunity Physician Group and ensure policies align with thehospital s mission values andobjectives.
- Guide the PeopleServices team on HR trends and operational planning for theorganization s shortterm and longterm HRneeds.
- Provide expertise to seniorleaders in organizational assessment employee relations talentacquisition workforce planning and changeleadership.
- Champion change throughdatadriven insights and influence supporting Talent initiatives andstrategic goals.
- Designorganizational structures that support business strategiesincluding diversity and inclusionefforts.
- Coach senior leadership andstaff on policies conflict resolution and change management topromote an equitableworkplace.
- Serve as a trustedadvisor to leadership by analyzing HR data and developingstrategies to enhance employee engagement and reduceturnover.
- Maintain positive workingrelationships with unions and manage the administration ofcollective bargainingagreements.
- Conduct risk assessmentsproviding actionable feedback and guidance tomanagement.
- Use analytics toidentify trends in employee relations sharing insights with PeopleServices Business Partners andleadership.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources or a relatedfield
- 10 years ofHR experience in a leadershiprole
- Unionexperience
- Experience inworkforce planning talent acquisition and organizationaldevelopment
- Proven ability to leadchange and develop datadrivenstrategies
- Extra points forexperience in healthcare HR or laborrelations

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; equivalentexperience considered. 5-7 years of hands-on experience inHR / benefits and 401(k) administration.
Strong prioritization andmultitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment. Knowledge ofpayroll and benefit administration best practices.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Paycom ATS orsimilar systems preferred. Experience in FMLA and leave management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation. Familiarity with voluntary benefits programs andcost-sharing models.
Multi-state and federal employee leaveadministration experience.
