Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and billing issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Handle and de-escalate customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm, professional manner.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.

Record and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to address and resolve customer concerns.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams or management as necessary.

Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Support team members and assist in training new hires on customer service protocols and systems.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree in a related field is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.

Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
