JURISolutions is seeking toxic tort attorneys to work remotely or onsite with our client, a defense litigation firm with offices in California and Washington State.
This candidate should have 5+ years of experience specifically with toxic tort litigation such as asbestos, talc, silicon, tobacco, chemical exposure or spills, and pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities can include discovery responses, motions, pleadings, research and deposition prep. Responsibilities can expand depending on experience.
Candidates must be located and barred in either California or Washington State. They must be actively barred in the state they are working in.
This work is defense toxic torts and plaintiff work may be a conflict.
This position is full-time (35-40 hr / wk) and expected to be through the end of the year with the potential to extend. Part- time candidates may be considered.
Candidates will be considered whether they'd prefer remote or onsite. Concurrent employment is not allowed for full-time position.

This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $70 per hour and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
