Location : Alpharetta, GA

Hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite)

Position Overview :

• We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to manage and support a variety of IT Department projects. The role will have a primary focus on executive level reporting.
• The IT Project Manager is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service delivery managers, engineers, sourcing and other stakeholders.

This role also reports to the VP of the PMO to oversee the Firm's overall project portfolio and advance other PMO enhancement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, analytical, and eager to take on responsibility and learn new skills.

This individual must excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, technology department and possess an exceptionally high level of personal responsibility for delivering excellent project management experience.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with leadership on project scope and deliverables aimed at meeting business expectations.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide key metrics and trends
• Work closely with Management and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored solutions
• Create detailed reports and dashboards with key highlights and findings
• Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders to improve reporting processes and tools
• Collaborates across IT and other business areas to oversee projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to gather requirements and discusses ideas to support their needs
• Communicates user needs effectively to IT personnel and works jointly to design and implement project solutions
• Identify and analyze trends or patterns in data to support strategic planning and decision making
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance of firm's practices
• Creates roadmaps, project plans, business requirements and other deliverables to ensure that solutions are complete and accurate
• Plans and manages projects by identifying tasks, resource delivery timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
• Addresses challenges to project success, including proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating with stakeholders
• Keeps projects on schedule using PM tools and techniques, including timelines and calendars
• Conducts active follow-ups on project status and operational tasks
• Ensures that project and operational task updates are incorporated in relevant tools in a timely manner
• Creates and monitors metrics, usage reports and other measurements to evaluate effectiveness of information platforms and content; and
• Performs other duties, as assigned

Required Experience :

• 7-10 years of IT Project Management experience with specific experience within financial services industry
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret data and Executive reporting skills
• General understanding of IT systems and networking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA and project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Proficiency with IT project management disciplines (Agile, Splunk, SharePoint, JIRA, JIVE etc.)
• Experience in Financial or Technology Consulting industries required
• Strong communication, problem solving, time management, and teamwork skills
• Creativity, enthusiasm, strong analytical skills and eagerness to take on responsibility and learn new

Skills :

• Ability to manage priorities and adjust projects based on customer or management feedback
• High level of personal responsibility for delivering an excellent project management experience
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic department
