As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
This role includes managing customer inquiries, coordinating and assisting with billing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

What We Ask of You :
- Generate, compile, and scan billing documentation, backup, invoices, receipts, and statements to customers via mail / e-mail
- Assist with contract renewals
- Process credit card transactions & process filtration Amazon orders
- Assist collections team with service collections; Follow up on invoices from vendors
- Manage and coordinate customer-required documentation for key accounts
- Perform routine database maintenance for warehouse inventory
- Set up and maintain up-to-date customers, locations, labor rate groups, and pricing matrices for all service clients
- Generate subcontracts and track status
- Assist in performing quality checks with our customers
- Perform other administrative duties and projects as needed
Experience & Competencies :
- Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred
- 2-3 years of billing experience as a billing clerk with strong math abilities and prior experience in service-related industry is preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Excellent computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and knowledge of GP is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills, including effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results in a driven, team-oriented environment
- Must have the integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in the most professional, positive manner

The estimated compensation range for this role is $40,000-$50,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
