    Your Role & Responsibilities

    As a Per Diem Registered Nurse , you'll provide high-quality care in various departments, including Acute Care , Outpatient Infusion , and Emergency Department . Your responsibilities will include :

  • Patient-Centered Care : Deliver compassionate care and communicate effectively with both staff and patients.
  • Fast-Paced Environment : Stay on your toes, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic setting where no two days are the same.
  • Team Player : Collaborate with staff and departments, helping maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

    • Please note : Days and assignments may vary depending on the week, giving you the flexibility to balance your schedule.

    What We're Looking For :

  • Current WA RN License
  • One Year of RN Experience (minimum)
  • BLS Certification (within 6 months of hire)
  • For ED or Charge Nurse roles : ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification within six months of hire.

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Charge Nurse, Med / Surg, ED, or Triage
