Entry Level Technical Support - Training Provided - 1st (8am - 4 : 30pm) and 2nd Shift (3 : 30-Midnight) / Weekends Included
Knoxville, TN
We are seeking IT Technicians to join our Knoxville team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients and we will provide a thorough 4 week paid training process.
This is a great opportunity for recent / future graduates or anyone looking to get their foot in the door of the IT industry - paid training available!
We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 year degree in computer science or related field
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
