What You'll Do :

Registered Nurses at The Pines at Glens Falls play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities :

Conducting patient assessments

Developing individualized care plans

Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies

Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical status

Providing wound care and other nursing interventions

Collaborating with the resident care team to ensure the delivery of holistic care

Being a role model, training and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to deliver quality care

USD $34.85 - USD $40.00 / Hr.

What You'll Bring :

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse include :

Valid NY Registered Nurse license (RN)

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both

Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
