Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist - Pain

Work Schedule :

70% FTE, days. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. You will work at 1102 S. Park Street in Madison, WI.

Pay :

• The pay range listed reflects both titles at a .7 FTE.
• You may be eligible for up to a $7,000 sign-on bonus.

Join our REMARKABLE team as a Clinical Psychologist / Health Psychologist. Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Health Psychologist to :

• Evaluate and treat patients referred by the Pain Clinic with chronic pain and other pain-related concerns, requiring short term behavioral interventions.
• Co-facilitate group medical visits (psychoeducation and treatment) for pain management.
• Conduct Spinal cord stimulator and other procedural evaluations for patients awaiting medical procedures.
• Utilize screening measures to monitor progress and outcomes to assess benefits of treatment.
• Collaborate with medical professionals as well as patients to design specific goals for brief treatment.

Education :

Minimum - Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum - One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience

Preferred - One (1) year of clinical experience or two (2) years of post-doctoral experience in the area of Health Psychology in a medical setting

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum -

• Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
• CPR / BLS
