A DAY IN THE LIFE

Working as a Certified In-Store Trainer means that you'll be responsible for learning, teaching, and executing company training processes. You will also participate in New Store Openings to help out with new employees' training at their designated store. The best part is that if there is something you don't know, it just allows you to learn more!

The job of a Certified In-store trainer entails not only completing the work required by your position but supporting other team members when needed. This includes participating in events such as new store openings so you can train any newly hired staff right from the get-go.

Mo' Bettahs is a Utah-based company founded by brothers Kalani and Kimo Mack in 2008. Their goal was to give their customers the same delicious experience they had when growing up on Oahu, Hawaii's culinary landscape.
