Galpin Motors is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our restaurant team at the Horseless Carriage Restaurant.
This is a great opportunity to work at the famous Horseless Carriage Restaurant Located within the Galpin Ford Dealership.
Galpin Motors was the home of the first in-dealer restaurant and we have continued to grow our restaurant services by adding a full service Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Cafe.

Requirements :
- 4+ years of exemplary Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of outstanding Leadership experience
- 3+ years of Front of House Restaurant Management experience in a full-service and high volume restaurant
- Valid Food Handlers / ServSafe Certification
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to implement systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective operations
- Proficiency in computer skills, POS Systems, scheduling, ordering and accounting platforms
- Must have AM / PM / Holiday Availability
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure that company procedures and standards are met and exceeded
- Improve service by communicating and assisting team members in understanding guest needs
- Provide guidance to employees
- Coaching and mentoring staff when needed
- Generate new business internally and externally
- Review Profits & Loss
- Work closely with the executive chef, chefs, and staff to provide service that is above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention
- Understand menu concepts
- Ordering, Inventory, invoicing, keeping employee information up to date
- Assisting with shift scheduling & request
- Ensuring FOH has appropriate food, beverages, and service knowledge
- Manage and control labor and costs with effective employee scheduling
- Work closely with the food & beverage director / executive chef
- Perform other duties, tasks, and assignments as directed by upper management
