One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing the entire project lifecycle for industrial and data center construction projects valued up to $100 million.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of assigned industrial and data center construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management.
• Manage project risks and ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial and / or data center construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of industrial and data center construction best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
