Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Support project planning and act as a liaison between business units and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred)

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on complex projects

Experience in the insurance, risk management, or financial services industry is a plus

Proficiency in business analysis tools and project management methodologies

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable
