Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / Gotham Health, Ridgewood , an ambulatory FQHC for the NYC Health + Hospitals System .
The community-based clinic emphasizes primary and preventive care, working to help identify and achieve health goals. Gotham Health, Ridgewood focuses on improving health and well-being, preventing, treating, and managing ongoing health conditions.

Responsibilities
- Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
- Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
- Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

- Base salary range - $205,000 - $210,000

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
Total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections.
