Job Details
Examples of what you'll do :
- Design and implement core backend services.
- Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Build robust observability and monitoring solutions to ensure the reliability of our systems.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to maintain high code quality and prevent regressions.
- Optimize our infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with the AI team to integrate and support AI capabilities within our core platform.
- Help us iterate toward product-market fit in an early-stage, open-ended environment.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of our CI / CD pipelines.
What we are looking for in candidates :
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and have opinions on how to build robust, scalable, and secure software.
- Experience operating high-scale distributed infrastructure.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, microservices.
- You have experience building systems in high performance languages like Rust, C++, Go, Kotlin, or Scala.
- You're a strong proponent of DevOps practices, continuous integration, continuous development, and automated testing.
- 5 or more years of experience.
