Location : Variouslocations across Washington

Asa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide essential patientcare in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitalsclinics and longterm care facilities.

Your role will focus onsupporting patients daily needs administering medications andcollaborating with healthcare teams to promote optimal healthoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Assistin the daily care of patients including bathing dressing andfeeding while ensuring comfort anddignity.
  • Administermedications and treatments as prescribed monitoring patients forside effects andeffectiveness.
  • Observeand record patients vital signs symptoms and changes in conditionreporting any concerns to the healthcareteam.
  • Maintainaccurate and timely documentation of patient care activities inelectronic health records(EHR).
  • Workclosely with registered nurses physicians and other healthcareprofessionals to coordinate patient care and support treatmentplans.
  • Educatepatients and their families about health management medicationusage and preventive carestrategies.
  • Adhereto infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure asafe environment for patients andstaff.
  • Provideemotional support and comfort to patients and their familiesfostering a compassionate careenvironment.

Requirements

  • Completionof a practical nursing program from an accreditedinstitution.
  • Validstate LPN license and current CPRcertification.
  • Previousexperience in a healthcare setting ispreferred.
  • Strongclinical skills attention to detail and effective communicationabilities.
  • Demonstratedcommitment to providing compassionate patientcentered care whilemaintainingconfidentiality.
