We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects in the retail space. If you have completed interior fit-out construction projects in Manhattan, and have worked with a General Contractors for more than 5 years, then this is the job for you.

Our client is a midsize, NYC-based general contractor specializing in commercial interiors, particularly in retail and healthcare.

Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial retail and healthcare spaces.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Lead ground-up and interior fit-out projects using Procore.
  • Handle client-facing interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Profile

Legitimately, all you need is over 5 years of General Contracting experience (preferably with one company), completed over 4 interior-fit out projects in the high-end, commerical, retail, or healthcare spaces, and worked in Manhattan for these projects.

Job Offer
