Offering a Highly Competitive Compensation ($55K-$67K Depending on Licensure and Experience) Hiring Bonus : Masters Level $3K;

Applicable AZBBHE Licensed $5K

Hybrid Schedule : Monday Friday; flexible shifts; 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm

Location : Glendale, AZ (3 days in office, 2 WFH) or REMOTE OPTION AVAILABLE (must reside in Arizona)

Required to complete our "New Hire Orientation" held on the first work week of employment, Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; subject to change upon completion of orientation requirements which may grant early release of orientation;

not offered evenings or weekends.

Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic : Our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic offers comprehensive mental health services designed to support individuals in managing and overcoming various behavioral health challenges.

We provide a range of services, including individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management.

Our dedicated team of licensed professionals works collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving lasting wellness and improving quality of life.

By fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment, we empower clients to develop the skills and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges.

These resources are thoughtfully selected to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients, enhancing the overall counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.

Requirements :

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.

Compliance :

• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
• Current Auto Liability Insurance
• CLEAN 39-Month Motor Vehicle Record
• Must Be At Least 21 Years Old
• Must Be Able To Immediately Obtain Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
