Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Location : Spartanburg, SC 29303

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Day shift, 5x8 hours)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, coordination, and independence in daily living activities.
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and use of assistive devices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress accurately using the EPIC charting system.

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensure : NBCOT and SC License required.
  • Certifications : BLS required.
