Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards
- Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Qualifications :
- A Minimum requirement of a High School diploma, although a BA degree is preferred
- Previous work experience of at least 6 months in a licensed childcare facility
- Willingness to obtain CPR and 1st Aid certification (if not already attained)
- Must complete 15 hours of continuing education classes per year
- Ability to work well with others
- Passion for teaching
- Ready to have fun and make a positive impact
