General Duties :

• Trouble Shoot, analyze and repair various types of circuits (POTS, Specials, Coin & DSL), premise equipment facilities (Residential & Business)
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance of cable using various types of test gear; perform routine maintenance of various plant elements
• Provide information to complete jobs, work orders and service orders, coordinate with assignments as needed; correct maps and complete records
• Interact in internal / external customers in a professional manner to complete job assignments and attain service objectives
• Support and actively participate in promotion and sale of company services
