We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team! You will leverage your degree and experience to bring awareness and care to men seeking support after abortion by identifying and growing relationships with peer counselors and clinicians across the US, champion best practices in care, develop and deliver training and resources and deliver care on an as needed basis by leading groups.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with how to find community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Passionate about abortion healing
Our work environment is remote, but travel to conferences and availability for in-person trainings is expected.
