Project Manager Texas
A forward-thinking engineering and infrastructure firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of a first-of-a-kind energy infrastructure project in Texas. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments who are adept at coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary efforts from planning through delivery. As Project Manager, you will oversee cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution of large-scale technical projects in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans for complex energy infrastructure projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple phases
- Coordinate and drive collaboration between engineering, procurement, construction, and permitting teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track
- Track and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and milestone tracking tools
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure integration of safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project activities
- Adapt project plans to address changing requirements, technical challenges, or regulatory updates
Experience Required :
5+ years of project management experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial EPC projectsDemonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams through full project life cyclesHands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, EVM, Primavera, MS Project)Strong understanding of regulatory and permitting requirements for infrastructure or energy projectsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with experience interfacing across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsQualifications :
