A forward-thinking engineering and infrastructure firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of a first-of-a-kind energy infrastructure project in Texas. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments who are adept at coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary efforts from planning through delivery. As Project Manager, you will oversee cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution of large-scale technical projects in a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans for complex energy infrastructure projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple phases
• Coordinate and drive collaboration between engineering, procurement, construction, and permitting teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track
• Track and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and milestone tracking tools
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure integration of safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project activities
• Adapt project plans to address changing requirements, technical challenges, or regulatory updates
